This Privacy Policy relates to the information collection and use practices of DevStride in connection with our services ("Services") that are provided to you through our proprietary platform ("Platform") which is made available to you via our website, located at app.devstride.com (the “Website”)], and when you interact with us in any other way. We explain how we may use and disclose that information, the steps we take to keep it secure, your choices regarding our use of this information, and how you can contact us if you have any questions about our privacy practices. We will refer to the personal information we obtain about you as “Your Data.” Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Use.
Description of Users and Acceptance of Terms This Privacy Policy applies to subscribers who have signed up to access and use the Platform and/or Services (the “Subscribers”), Subscriber’s employees, contractors, or agents authorized by Subscriber to access and use the Platform as administrators (“Administrative Users”). By clicking “I AGREE,” when you sign up to access and use the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy, and the accompanying Platform Terms of Use.

- How We Use Your Data We use Your Data to provide the Services to you, and to operate our business. This includes:

- Links To Other Websites The Website may contain links to third-party websites (“External Sites”). We have no control over the privacy practices or the content of any such External Sites. As such, we are not responsible for their content, use or privacy practices. We strongly suggest that you review the applicable privacy policies and terms of service when visiting any External Sites.
- Your Choices You have choices regarding the personal information we obtain about you. You can update your profile information in the “Profile” section of the Website. You can manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any DevStride marketing email. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner.
- Do Not Track We do not currently track, or let third parties track, personally identifiable information about your online activities over time and across different websites and apps when you use our Website. Third parties such as advertising networks and analytics providers may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you access or use the Website. Currently, various browsers offer a “Do Not Track” option, but there is no standard for commercial websites. At this time, the Website does not respond to “Do Not Track” settings or other related mechanisms.
- Children’s Privacy We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 13 years of age, and no part of the Platform and/or Services is directed to children under the age of 13. If you learn that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, you may alert us at the contact information listed below. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from children under 13, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
- Notice to Nevada Residents If you are a resident of Nevada, you have the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information to third parties. You can exercise this right by contacting us at info@devstride.com with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and providing us with your name and the email address associated with your account.
- Notice to International Users The Platform and the Services are operated in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your country of origin. If you are located outside the United States and choose to use the Platform and/or the Services, you consent to any transfer and processing of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and you do so at your own risk.
